The Festival grounds are located along Shoreline Drive at the Rainbow Lagoon Park & Marina Green, just south of Ocean Boulevard. See the Festival Map on for entrance and parking locations.

For everyone’s safety, these conditions will be strictly enforced by Festival Security & Staff.
  • NO re-entry.
  • NO video cameras allowed on the festival ground.
  • NO distribution of pamphlets, fliers, handbills, etc. will be allowed on festival grounds.
  • NO roving solicitations of any kind.
  • NO beverage containers allowed into the festival grounds.
  • NO PETS. Neither EXOTIC nor DOMESTIC animals well be allowed on the festival grounds. Service dogs (with authentication documents) will be the only exception.
  • NO folding chairs, bikes, skates, rollerblades or skateboards.
  • NO children under the age of 12 after 5:30pm will be admitted on to the festival grounds.

    ZERO-TOLERANCE of alcohol consumption will be strictly enforced. Any guest under the age of 21 found consuming alcohol will immediately be evicted from the festival.
